裕亨实业投资随着公司的日益扩张，新搬入了东莞凤岗天安数码城顶层写字楼，希望最大化利用空间，创建一个协作共享的办公空间，并且达到较高的设计品质和绿色环保标准。设计团队在跟业主紧密沟通充分了解了业主的需求，深入思考和研究了如何将业主的需求与设计作品完美的结合，形成了最终的设计理念。

As a result of the increasing expansion of the company, Yu Heng moves to the top floor of Dongguan Feng gang Tian An digital city, hope to maximize the use of space, to create a collaborative sharing office space, and achieve the design of high quality and green environmental protection standard. Design team communicate with owner to close fully understand the requirements of the owner, deep thinking and research how to meet owner's requirements and design the perfect combination, formed the final design concept.

整体的办公空间被塑造成为一个流动性和开放性的空间，最大限度的提高了员工的沟通效率。通过材质和灯光的运用营造了一个温馨舒适的现代高品质办公空间。

The overall office space has been shaped into a mobile and open space, which maximizes the communication efficiency of employees. Through the use of materials and lights to create a warm and comfortable modern high-quality office space.

材料的使用方面，地面采用了大理石和高端塑胶仿木纹地板，这些材质的甲醛含量均为零。墙面采用实木贴皮及硬包板，均通过工厂预制现场拼装的施工方法，将现场施工的污染降到最低。家具、灯具及软装配饰都是根据整体设计风格定制设计，能够完美的与办公室内设计风格融为一体。

As for the use of materials, marble and high-end plastic wood-grain floors are used on the ground, and the formaldehyde content of these materials is zero. The wall surface is made of solid wood veneer and hard cladding board, and the pollution of field construction is minimized through the construction method of prefabricated site assembly in the factory. Furniture, lamps and soft fittings are all customized according to the overall design style, which can be perfectly integrated with the design style in the office.
