项目说明

一个优秀的办公空间设计，需要在日常机械的循环工作中，唤醒工作者心里的热情和无限灵感。而作为一家研发中心，迫切地需要一个纯粹、人性化、轻松活泼的环境，从而激发出员工的创造灵感。这个需求便是优鸿团队要承担的任务。

“房中房”是本项目中的最大亮点之一，空间里造房子运用空间嵌套的设计构思。每一间独立的“房子”都是采用钢结构搭建而成，施工体量巨大，对施工团队的考验也十分严苛。

An excellent office space design needs to arouse the enthusiasm and infinite inspiration of workers in the daily mechanical cycle work. As a research and development center, it urgently needs a pure, human-oriented, relaxed and lively environment, so as to inspire employees' creative inspiration. This requirement is the task of the YOHO .

"House in house" is one of the biggest highlights in this project. The design concept of space nesting is used to build houses in space. Each independent "house" is built of steel structure, with a huge construction volume, and the test of the construction team is also very severe.

多功能区集合了休闲区、路演区、水吧区，将空间里的每个个体链接在一起，建立并强化连接与合作的理念。 The multi-functional area integrates leisure area, roadshow area and water bar area, links each individual in the space together, establishes and strengthens the concept of connection and cooperation.
