本案位于福建省福州市晋安区，毗邻福州鹤林生态公园，营销中心前场建筑形态为东南西侧三面玻璃幕墙，案场中轴位置设置中庭区域，大面积的采光效果使室内空间形成强烈的通透感。在动线的设计上，结合建筑特点，围绕中庭设计“环形”动线，以自然景观为背景，通过模糊功能空间之间的装饰衔接以及“引景”的方式来诠释“室外”与“室内”的“无界化”设计，打造出具有视觉张力的大气感。在室内闲庭信步的同时，亦能感受到来自自然的和谐之美。
