设计说明

以“科技”、“稳重”、“高端”等关键词做为空间设计理念。延续建筑的形态与空间关系，对空间布局进行了有序而灵活的梳理，体现出功能与气质浑然一体。化繁为简，以现代的工艺与表现手法，对整个空间进行重塑。销售公区中心区域设置科技感十足的全触摸式体验沙盘，让来访者通过趣味的科技互动了解及沉浸其中。

办公样板展示区与销售公区之间采用开放式处理，空间之间采用通透的金属吊架让整个空间达到一种隔而不分的状态。沉稳的色调搭配现代感十足的办公桌椅让整个空间显得低调而不失活力。在人性化办公产品的基础上，着重富于空间个性化和情景化的办公体验需求，强调空间中“场所”的概念。以可变化的开放空间形式、可移动的办公，未来在运用中可随时增补等，以满足今后不同办公模式的业态需求。高效办公的同时，也是还原真实办公场景的销售目的，两全其美。

Design description

The space design concept is based on keywords such as "technology", "stable", and "high-end". Continuing the form and spatial relationship of the building, the spatial layout is sorted out in an orderly and flexible manner, reflecting the integration of function and temperament. The complex is reduced to simplicity, and the entire space is reshaped with modern craftsmanship and expression techniques. The central area of the sales public area is equipped with a technologically full-touch experience sandbox, allowing visitors to understand and immerse themselves in it through interesting technological interaction.

An open treatment is adopted between the office model display area and the sales public area, and transparent metal hangers are used between the spaces to make the entire space reach a state of separation. The calm colors and modern desks and chairs make the whole space look low-key and vigorous. On the basis of humanized office products, it focuses on the needs of office experience that is rich in space personalization and contextualization, and emphasizes the concept of "place" in the space. In the form of changeable open space and mobile office, it can be added at any time in the future to meet the business needs of different office models in the future. While working efficiently, it is also the sales purpose of restoring the real office scene, the best of both worlds.
