Location: Shanghai
The creative space holds a combination of co-working and incubator space. The main layout combines open layout office, private offices, meeting rooms and common facilities. The project is laid into two levels with rooftop terrace.
The design style is warm, playful and energetic. The exposed ceiling painted in white and contrast of reclaimed wood, and a green accent colors are main design elements. Wall art and wooden screens for privacy are the elements along the corridors.
The office also features air filter, sunlight systems and movable partitions.
