设计以纽约中央公园旁的摩登公寓为标准，放眼国际，用高级灰的色调来把控总体，创造引导新的现代魔都生活方式。

在功能和空间上，分为业主家庭成员自住和接待朋友两个区域空间，右半区域和左下半区域为私密空间，左上半区域则包含了接待客厅、西餐厅、棋牌室、男主人书房、西厨等公共可开敞空间。在设计语言上回归设计本心，以点线面的立体构成方式的不同变化作为主要造型元素，提高整体空间的视觉层高，同时通过墙面同色系木饰面、皮革、玻璃、金属、镜面等不同材质纹理、质感肌理的对比变化、虚与实的相互关系，展现出高贵低调而又有内涵的空间质感。在人的流线和空间组织上，通过入口门厅的设置和几个转折过厅的连接，形成走道空间的收放节奏韵律感，通过这种韵律感形成空间与空间的对话，不同功能空间之间有门可开合，应对不同需要使用。

现有房产里储藏空间不足是困扰业主的一大难题，因而，在入户走廊两边设置了高柜，在保证走廊通道空间宽度的情况下，做了储藏柜体，收纳物品，也是入户的衣帽收纳柜。两边柜体从立面中找到相互关系模数来做墙面板的分割，并且在恰当的位置用凹进去弧形的造型来打破完整单一，同时这也是换鞋的坐凳。接待客厅与西餐厅利用香槟镜、转折地台和金属造型做出一个连贯统一空间的宽阔感。接待客厅中主背景墙面大面积乳胶漆，既是空间里的独特留白，也是聚会活动时的天然投影幕布。接待客厅旁靠墙一边做了整面墙的橱，可以暗藏茶水准备台，音响相关设备，也做了透明的玻璃门柜，是业主酒具杯盏等的展示柜，是集收纳与展示功能兼备的区域。

This design uses the Modern apartment nearby the New York Central Park as standard. Scanning wildly international, it control the whole section in senior grey, create, and lead a new modern living way.

In the function and space, it divides into two regional spaces: owner-occupied and friends’ reception. The right half area and the left second half of the are are private space, while there are reception’s room, western restaurant, chess and cards room, the schoolroom of the host, and the west kitchen, and other public and open spaces in the left first half of the area. In the language of the design, it returns back to nature, using the different changes on the three-dimensional constitution of point, line, and face as the main modeling elements to improve the visual height of the layer fully. At the same time, it displays noble, modest, and connotative spatial texture by the different material textures on wooden-material, leather, glass, mentality, and mirror surface sharing the same color with the wall, the comparison of textures, and the relationships of virtual and concrete. In the filament line of people and the spatial organization, it forms a kind of sense of rhythm in the corridor by the setting up in the hall and several connections of twist lobbies. By this rhythm, there can be connections of spaces, and spaces with different functions have the door to communicate, and to meet with different requirements.

At present, the owners are confused with a big problem: lack of the storing space in the house property. Therefore, it installs tall cabinets in the two sides of the hall. In securing of the width of the corridor, it makes storing cabinets to store goods,which can also be used in storing clothes and caps. The cabinets in the two sides can find correlating modulus to be the division of shingles. Besides, it breaks through the singleness by concave places in appropriate place, and also the concave places can be the seats for changing shoes. The reception room and the west kitchen are connected with a sense of broad in champagne glasses, turning platforms, and mental model. In the reception room, the large scale of emulsion varnish in the main walls of the background is the unique white place in the space, and also the natural projection screen at party time. In the side of the wall in the reception room, it makes cabinets on the whole side, which can be used to hide the tea table and the audio-related equipment, and it also makes the transparent glassing ark of the door, which is the displaying cabinet for owner to show his wine sets, and it is the area with storage and display.
