这是23度不太冷在杭州湖滨银泰三楼新开的连锁火锅店，店面主旋律依然延续餐厅品牌经典的白色系，试图通过这种特别的白色空间体验，为食客传递餐厅时尚、纯净、天然和健康的椰子鸡美食文化。

餐厅由上下二层组成，由于原始建筑有效层高极度压抑，二个楼面狭长的方盒子显得比较刻板，设计师用不同体块的半圆形拱门造型将用餐区切分成几个空间单元，错落有致的造型既满足了食客就餐的私密性，同时让空间看上去更有层次和节奏，所有拱门造型和天花楼板的分隔处都用朝上的灯光进行二次照明，有效拉开了层高的局限，整体空间照明采用摄影棚式的反光手法，让整体白色空间柔和又浪漫，全场餐桌上方辅以不定数量的球泡灯让空间更显生机，旋转楼梯的光与造型是食客最佳的网红打卡圣地。偶见于墙壁的金属鱼鳞片和椰树的影子，不经意被金属镜面反射，在序列圆拱门洞造型中偶尔窥见时，仿佛让人置身于海景椰林中。
