本案是一楼和地下室的叠墅，整体采用金属木饰面硬包拼接和大理石材料营造出轻奢风格，考虑只有两层空间，要让地下室能充分利用和有舒适的感觉，从而将一楼南面客厅楼板切割连通地下室，让地下室获得充足的采光，楼梯处挑空，给整个空间注入了灵动感，从情感上让业主一家可以享受彼此上下空间注目的温情，整个空间以中色调为主，让忙碌一天的业主可以舒服的惬意的享受在自己的居住空间之中。

The case is a stacked villa on the ground floor and basement. The overall use of metal wood cladding and marble materials creates a light and luxurious style. Considering that there are only two floors, the basement should be fully utilized and have a comfortable feeling, the living room floor on the south side of the first floor is cut and connected to the basement, allowing the basement to get sufficient light.
